Volunteers are an important part of our organization, allowing us to provide programs to individuals, communities and organizations we support. We look for volunteers who embody our values and understand our mission and vision. Our opportunities vary in time and capacity needed - everyone can make a difference.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
- Complete an application
- Submit a copy of your resume
- Interview with our staff
- Complete a criminal/child abuse background check (mandatory for working with youth)
- Participate in an orientation session
WHAT OUR VOLUNTEERS DO
Volunteers lead Financial Literacy & Capability classes; serve as Youth Mentors; Adult Life Coaches, assist with community workshops, teach with our in-school programs and help host tables at public festivals and events.
Volunteer opportunities average app. 60 min. each, with our long-term opportunities done in one day a week increments.
